Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Money Leak Finder (the "Service"), operated by Cardeen Williams ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Money Leak Finder is a personal-finance tool that analyzes transaction data you provide (via CSV upload or paste) to help you identify recurring charges and spending patterns. Analysis runs primarily in your browser. We do not store your transaction data on our servers.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

New users receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link inside the app.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Paddle handles billing, payment methods, taxes, invoices, and chargebacks. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) resell or redistribute the Service, (b) reverse-engineer it, (c) use it to violate any law, or (d) share access credentials or device links beyond the two-device limit.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Cardeen Williams and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within the plan you have subscribed to. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if (a) you materially breach these Terms, (b) your account has an unpaid balance, (c) we detect fraud, abuse, or a security risk associated with your account, or (d) you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link inside the app.

7. Disclaimer

Money Leak Finder is a tool for informational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
