Money Leak Finder is operated by Cardeen Williams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Transaction data

CSVs and pasted transactions you provide are parsed in your browser. We do not upload, store, or share the contents of your transactions with our servers.

2. Account and billing data

When you subscribe, our payment processor Paddle.com Market Limited collects your name, email, billing address, and payment method to complete the transaction and remit taxes. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

We store a minimal record: your email, subscription status, plan, billing period end, Paddle identifiers, and a random device token so we can grant access on your device(s).

3. Local storage

We use localStorage in your browser to remember your device token, 3-day trial start date, onboarding answers, and preferences. Clearing site data resets these.

4. Analytics and cookies

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic error reporting may be sent to help fix crashes.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@moneymattersca.com. For billing records held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly or ask us to relay the request.

6. Data retention

Subscription records are retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
