How to request a refund

Email info@moneymattersca.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order/receipt reference. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in the app under "Manage subscription" and keep access until the end of your paid period. Renewal charges after the 30-day window are non-refundable except where required by law.
